When it Matters Most.

"This program gets after the root causes that many youth struggle with today – lack of purpose, direction, and accountability.

LEAD the Way offers the tools, perspectives, and opportunities of what the right path in life looks like. The long-term mentorship gained in the investment of our youth within the community is how we ensure their success in the future.  I believe in this program wholeheartedly and the success stories speak for themselves."

"One of the most valuable things a young person can have is a mentor – especially when they see no clear path forward in their own lives. Hearing and learning from someone who has been down a similar road to them, but came out on the other side, builds hope and resilience. My childhood was less than ideal, but I was lucky to have so many role models along the way who encouraged me to work hard and reach for my dreams. LEAD the Way is doing just that for kids in our community."

"The Lead the Way program provided such positive and fun learning experiences for all three of my daughters! Adam, Jill and Chris truly know how to connect with teens and make them feel supported."
